Alpha Metal's NR200
No-Residue No-Clean Flux is a 2% solids, rosin-free,
halide-free, foamable wave-solder flux. NR200 has excellent
wetting and a wide-preheat range for ease of use. Meets
Bellcore TR-TSY-000078.
Alpha NR205 Touch-Up
No-Clean Flux is the companion flux to CleanLine
7000 and Telecore-Plus wire solders. It is designed
for hand-soldering where cleaning will not be done.
Sold in 1 gallon bottles.
Alpha SuperLo Solids
65 (SLS 65) No-Clean Flux is a 2.3% solids, rosin-free,
halide-free, foamable wave solder flux. SLS65 exhibits
fewer solder balls and bridging when using a chip wave
(dual wave) than any other no-clean. Meets Bellcore
specs.
Alpha RF 800 Flux
is a medium solids (3.3%) halide-free no-clean flux
with a small amount of rosin added to promote wetting
on more difficult surfaces. Meets IPC SF-818 Type L3NC.
Alpha NR325F VOC-Free
No-clean Flux is a 4.3% solids, foamable wave-solder
flux in a water base. Non-flamable VOC-free, NR325F
meets the Bellcore TR-TSY-000078.
Alpha NR330 VOC-Free
No-Clean Flux is a 4.0% solids, wave solder flux
designed for spray application. Lowest solder-balling
tendency of any VOC-free with the best hole fill. Meets
IPC J-STD-004.

SOLDERING FLUXES
Alpha's WS362-25 Halide-Free
Water-Soluble Flux is designed for wave-soldering
assemblies with critical cleanliness requirements. Allows
cleaning delay of 4 -8 hours without affecting cosmetics.
25% solids content.
Alpha NeutralFlux 373
(NF 373) is a neutral pH water-soluble flux with
great wetting power for shiny solder joints. 24% solids
content. Stocked in 5 gallon pails.
Alpha WS 857 Flux is
water-soluble with maximum activity for defect-free
soldering of difficult assemblies. 18% solids; residues
easily removed in hot water. 5 gallon pails.
Alpha 870-25 Touch-Up
Flux is the companion flux to PureCore water-soluble
wire solder. It features an organic activator held in
a water-soluble resin carrier. Cleaning can be delayed
up to 2 days without affecting cosmetics! Cleanable
in hot water or alcohol. 1 gallon bottle.
Alpha Ws 375 VOC-Free
Water-Soluble Flux is a halide free, water-cleanable
flux in a D.I. water base. Non-flammable; must be applied
by spray fluxer. 5 gallon pails.
