Alpha Metal's Vaculoy Bar Solder
contains fewer oxides yielding less dross. Available in
63Sn/37Pb and in lead-free alloys in 2.2 lb. cast bars.
Alpha's Vaculoy SMG (Surface
Mount Grade) Bar Solder features even lower levels
of metallic and non-metallic impurities for the increased
fluidity necessary for SMT soldering. Available in 63Sn/37Pb
in 4.4 lb. cast bars. Alpha's
Hi-Flo Bar Solder is manufactured with specially
selected lots of virgin tin and lead in a closed-loop
injection system under nitrogen blanket. During alloying,
special anti-dross treatment are given. |

the world, reducing bridging on densely populated
boards. Hi-Flo is available in 63Sn/37Pb in 1.75 lb.
