SOLDER PASTE FOR SMT ASSEMBLY


Alpha Metal's Aqualine WS609 solder paste is water-soluble with wide process tolerance for ease of use. Features long stencil life of up to 4 hours. It's fine-pitch solder particle size is capable of printing and reflowing parts down to 12 mil pitch with a laser-cut stencil. Stocked in 63Sn/37 in two jar sizes - 350 & 700 grams.

Alpha's Aqualine WS613 solder paste is similar to WS609 but with a different solvent additive for reduced odor during printing. Also stocked in 63Sn/37Pb in the 350g & 700g jar sizes. A Flux Paste WS613 without solder particles is also available for thinning paste or 2nd pass reflowing of previously soldered joints. WS613 cleans to high levels of ionic cleanliness.


Alpha's Cleanline UltraPrint 78 (UP78) is a no-clean solder paste which produces shiny solder joints with the fewest solder balls and bridges of any no-clean solder paste. Features long stencil life of up to 8 hrs. with stable tack. Post-soldering residues are clear and tack free for ATE pin testing. Avail. in Sn63-37 in 700 gram cartridges.


Alpha Metals Omnix 5000 is a high-speed, pin-testable no-clean solder paste. Designed to print at squeegee speeds up to 200mm/second with consistent print volume and definition. OM-5000 has long stencil and tack life (>8 hours). Excellent wetting on all types of pad finishes. OM-5000 is especially suitable for printing on assemblies that receive in-circuit test probing.


Alpha WS709 is the newest, super-long tack water-soluble solder paste. WS709 is printable in temperatures up to 82F and maintains a stencil life of up to 36 hours! WS709 has excellent high and low humidity resistance (25%-75% RH) and retains good print performance even after a 3-hour pause at 75% RH. WS709 is low foaming and requires only one cleaning after a double-sided reflow.

SOLDER PASTE FOR INDUSTRIAL SOLDERING

Alpha/ FRY Solder Paste is a homogenous mixture of solder powder and rosin flux paste in a dispensable syringe package. 96.55 S n/3.5Ag (Tin-Silver) is standard stock in a 30cc syringe. Solder paste is easily dispensed by hand or pneumatics for component attachment. RMA390 formula stays tacky for up to 4 hours, holding part in place until reflow. Other alloys and viscosities available in custom lots.
